Tech Zity is a network of workspaces for Lithuania’s tech and creative industries. Guided by the principle of transforming places into vibrant communities, they go beyond offices and co-working spaces to create environments where diverse talents connect and bring new ideas to life. With the opening of its fifth location — set to become one of Europe’s largest tech hubs — Tech Zity needed an identity that reflected collaboration, creativity, and ambition.

Tech Zity is based on the core truth — people come in and ideas come out. At the heart of the identity is a bold geometric “hub” with four open edges, symbolizing the flow of people, ideas, creativity and innovation. The shape adapts to any scale, becoming a flexible frame for photography, illustration, and typography. A rich palette replaces a fixed corporate colour, reflecting the diversity of people within the community and the constant energy they bring.

Illustrations extend the hub’s logic, radiating from a single point to connect people, spaces, and moments. Rich in detail, they capture the life of the community — conversations over coffee, moments of focus, and the flow of collaboration.

The project sparked coverage in both local and international media, positioning Tech Zity as a community hub rather than just a workspace. Its flexible identity now lives across every touchpoint, growing and evolving alongside the people it represents.
